ADA Compliance

The Office of Compliance, Student Policy, Research & Assessment (CSPR&A) monitors compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 ("ADA") and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 ("Section 504") at Rutgers. CSPR&A provides advice and support to university units to assist in achieving full compliance with these laws. This page provides links to faculty and staff resource materials designed to assist faculty and staff in working with students who have disabilities, a series of topical advisories addressing common questions with respect to the responsibilities of the university to provide services and accommodations to members of the community who have disabilities, information on barrier-free access to university facilities, forms for the filing of complaints and grievances and external resources that provide information on ADA / 504 compliance.
