Complaints and Grievances

Students: Students with complaints about accessibility of programs, services, or activities at Rutgers should complete the appropriate form below and return it to CSPR&A at 115 College Avenue, Room 105, New Brunswick, NJ, 08901-8544, Phone: (732) 932-7109, Fax: (732) 932-1507. Students may also send the information requested on the form via email to cspc@rci.rutgers.edu.

Visitors: CSPR&A receives complaints concerning compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 ("ADA") from visitors and members of the public on behalf of the University. Complaints are generally expected to be in writing and may be sent to CSPR&A by mail, fax or e-mail at the following: 115 College Avenue, Room 105, New Brunswick, NJ, 08901-8544, Phone: (732) 932-7109, Fax: (732) 932-1507, cspc@rci.rutgers.edu.

Employees: Employees with complaints concerning accommodations of a disability on the job should contact Office of Employment Equity.
